Who we are. EmTav LLC, a New York limited liability company ("EmTav," "we," "us"), operates emtavhealth.com. Contact: info@emtavhealth.com.

We do not process protected health information. EmTav does not request, receive, or process protected health information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. Our engagements run on medical equipment and maintenance records only. This is a bilateral, contractual commitment in every EmTav engagement agreement, and no Business Associate Agreement is required or accepted. If you believe you have sent us PHI, contact us immediately at the address above and we will delete it.

Do not send patient information through this website. Our forms are not secure channels for health information and must not be used for it.

What we collect.

• Information you give us. When you submit a form, we collect the name, title, organization, work email, telephone number if provided, and the facility and scope details you enter. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the engagement.
• Information collected automatically. Our website host, Squarespace, collects standard analytics including IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages visited. See Squarespace's own privacy notice for their practices as our hosting provider.
• Cookies. We use only cookies necessary to operate the site and basic analytics cookies. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal information.

Client engagement data. Equipment and maintenance data provided for an assessment is used solely to perform that engagement. It is stored on EmTav-controlled systems, is not shared with third parties, and is deleted at the close of the engagement and any elected refresh term, consistent with the engagement agreement.

Workforce data. CMMS work-order exports commonly contain the names of technicians and staff. This is workforce data, not PHI, but we treat it as confidential, use it only for the engagement, and delete it on the same schedule as all other client data.

Who we share with. No one, except service providers necessary to operate the business — website hosting, email, and file storage — each acting on our instructions. We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention. Inquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months. Client engagement data follows the deletion schedule above. Business records are retained as required by law.

Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Email info@emtavhealth.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Children. This site is intended for business use and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes. We will update the effective date above when this policy changes. Material changes will be noted on this page.
