EmTav is a healthcare technology advisory practice built on more than two decades of hospital and health-system biomedical engineering leadership.

The scope is deliberately narrow: medical equipment capital replacement planning for hospitals and health systems, and independent review of the equipment data those plans depend on. Both resolve to the same question — what a fleet actually requires, and whether the reasoning will hold in front of the people who approve it.

That focus is the point. EmTav's revenue comes from the engagement alone. No equipment sale, service contract, software license, or vendor consideration is attached to any recommendation, which is what allows the output to stand on its own.
